2. Pack Your Item Securely

   • Use the original packaging if possible.
   • Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

3. Send It Back

   • Return the item via your preferred courier or visit a Gift Box store for an in-person return.
   • If applicable, use the prepaid return label provided after approval.

4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

   • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
   • Exchanges or store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
