We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For hygiene reasons, personalised items, perishable goods, and opened beauty products are non-returnable.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size or colour swaps, depending on stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per our policy.
