Our Click & Collect service lets you shop online and pick up your order from a Gift Box store at your convenience.

How It Works

1. Shop Online: Add items to your cart and select Click & Collect at checkout.
2. Choose a Store: Pick your preferred Gift Box store for collection.
3. Wait for Confirmation: You'll receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Pick Up Your Order: Bring your confirmation email and a valid ID to the selected store to collect your purchase.

Click & Collect FAQs

• How long does it take? Most orders are ready within 1-3 business days.
• How long will my order be held? Orders will be held for 7 days before being returned to stock.
• Can someone else collect my order? Yes, but they must present the order confirmation and a valid ID.
