Keeping track of your order is easy! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
Tracking Your Order
- Check Your Email – Look for a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Visit the Courier’s Website – Click the tracking link in the email or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website.
- Track via Your Account – If you have an account with us, log in and go to "My Orders" to view your order status.
Tracking Statuses Explained
- Processing – Your order is being packed.
- Dispatched – Your order has left our warehouse.
- In Transit – Your package is on the way!
- Out for Delivery – Your order will be delivered soon.
- Delivered – Your package has arrived.
